Olivier Lechien has spent over 25 years at the intersection of corporate strategy and stakeholder communications, advising organisations through transactions, transformations, crises and leadership transitions in Belgium and internationally.
His background spans financial services, professional services, regulated industries and listed companies, in advisory and in-house roles at senior level. He has worked alongside executive teams, boards, legal counsel and financial advisors at moments where the stakes were high and the margin for error narrow.
He brings a business-grounded perspective to communications work, with a particular focus on stakeholder complexity: understanding what different audiences perceive, what drives their reactions, and where the gaps between intention and reception are most likely to emerge. Facts alone rarely determine outcomes. What shapes them is the narrative that gives those facts meaning, credibility and traction across the full stakeholder landscape.
Ellocom is his independent practice, built on the premise that strategic communications belongs inside execution, not in its aftermath.
